Delivery Address Guidelines
Please complete all applicable fields. A phone number is mandatory.
Please write the phone number without spaces.
Please add Country Codes if you live outside Ireland.
Please put in your address that you wish your order to be delivered too. Otherwise state another address you wish your purchase to be delivered to.
If your delivery address (e.g. Ireland) has NO postal code, put ‘n/a’ in the zip code field.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases or Parcel Motel addresses
A signature is typically required for delivery. We deliver during business hours; please use an address where you know the recipient or another adult will be available. In some countries the shipper will leave the parcel in front of the door or with a neighbour when requested in the delivery instructions field. We cannot guarantee that the delivery company will follow these directions. At hospitals or companies we will deliver at the reception desk. The name of the recipient is always on the box, so the recipient can easily be informed.
Customs and Taxes & Import Duties Guidelines
If your purchase is from another EU Country, the VAT has already been include in the price of purchase.
UNLESS it is clearly stated otherwise in the shopping cart and the order confirmation email.
Outside of Ireland governments have the right to impose duties, taxes or other import fees as this is the law of their land. You could be subject to additional taxes or fees and import duties, assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Atlantic Gold. You are deemed to be the importer of the Products and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the Products are being delivered to. Please note that customs policies and practices can vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Please note cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections. For shipments outside the European Union it is highly unlikely, but possible, that customs will physically inspect the parcel. This can cause a delay of 24-72 hours. We cannot be held responsible for this unfortunate event.
When you order value is more than €75, it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only (subject to a max weight of 30kg). If your order value is less than €75 this will incur a standard delivery charge of €4.45.
We use GLS Courier Company for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.
UK Orders – Mainland Only:
When you order value is more than €125 it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the UK.
Flat rate standard delivery charge of €7.80 up to 2kg (Courier). All orders will be sent by our courier GLS and a signature will be required on delivery.
Rest of Europe:
When you order value is more than €175 it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the Europe.
Please refer to our rate card if you want your order to be sent by courier. All orders will be sent by our courier GLS and a signature will be required on delivery.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. Deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland are generally delivered the next day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

For the United Kingdom, delivery by Courier Company usually takes from 2-3 working days after dispatch.
For Europe, delivery by Courier Company usually takes from 4-7 working days after dispatch.
For the rest of the world, delivery usually takes 10+ working days after dispatch.

We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any PO boxes, Parcel Motel addresses or military bases.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your courier may attempt to deliver your order but if you are not there to receive your purchase, they won’t always leave a card to say that they have called.
We always advise you to check with your next door neighbour to ensure the parcel isn’t with them waiting on you.
Note that if your order is placed on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday), it will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery Information for Non-Premier Orders
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse on a priority received basis. This can vary from between 12 hours – 2 working days based on the level of orders received. Please take this in to account when calculating delivery times.
- All delivery times given are estimated and based on advice from couriers. Please be aware that on occasion, your order may take longer than the stated time period
- Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday & Republic of Ireland Public Holidays.
- After you have placed your order with Atlanticgoldseaweed.com you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. This email is your receipt and can be printed off if you wish. This email will include your order number, the details of the products and prices, any promotions and your delivery costs and address, as well as billing address.
- Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.
Damage or Loss in Transit:
The Seller (Atlantic Gold Ltd) accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. If you come across any damage on your purchase, you should immediately notify the courier. Please say actually what damage has been caused to your purchase on the courier’s paperwork. You must also notify the Seller (Atlantic Gold Ltd) within four days of receipt and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. If the goods are lost or not received by the Buyer within the estimated number of days as above from date of invoice you must; Email us to email@example.com or Call +353 (0) 91398 205 to notify us immediately.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
You are entitled to withdraw from this Contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for withdrawal shall be fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party you have appointed, who Atlantic Gold Ltd is not the carrier, takes possession of the final goods delivered.
In order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Atlantic Gold Ltd 23 Rathgar Avenue Rathgar, Dublin 6. Ireland. Tel: +353 (0) 91398 205, Email: firstname.lastname@example.org) of your decision to withdraw from Atlantic Gold Ltd this Contract in a clear declaration (e.g. by sending a letter by mail or email).
The withdrawal deadline shall be deemed to be met if you have sent the Atlantic Gold Ltd communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Contract, we must reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs incurred if you have selected Atlantic Gold Ltd a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us) without delay, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this Contract. We will use the same payment method you used for Atlantic Gold Ltd the original transaction in order to reimburse you unless otherwise expressly agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, Atlantic Gold Ltd whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this Contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if you send the goods before Atlantic Gold Ltd the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any use or handling of the goods which is not deemed necessary in order Atlantic Gold Ltd to verify the condition, features and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the statutory right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
- Delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice Atlantic Gold Ltd or according to customer specifications, or of goods which have clearly been tailored to the customer’s personal requirements.
- Delivery of sealed Atlantic Gold Ltd goods which are not suitable to be returned for reasons relating to health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- My order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU). Will I have to pay customs charges?
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply. You must check with your local customs office you will need to pay duties or taxes directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
We may at our discretion require payment by bank transfer rather than by credit card prior to shipping.
- I have not received my order, what should I do?
We do ask that you allow the specified working days stated above for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your parcel in this time, please kindly check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. - Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
- Can I send my order to a new delivery address?
Yes, please enter your delivery address as normal during the checkout process. Please note that even when the name used on your delivery address is different to your billing address, your entire order will be sent to the delivery address along with any complimentary items and paperwork.
